At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition. Please note that personalized items and earrings are final sale due to hygiene and customization regulations.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your APM Monaco account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original signature packaging and ensure all certificates of authenticity and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or an official APM Monaco boutique.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned jewelry for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
